Throughout my career, I have gravitated towards challenges without obvious answers. I enjoy turning ambiguity into direction, bringing people together around shared outcomes and building capabilities that create lasting impact.

Today, my focus increasingly extends to human–AI collaboration. I design agentic workflows that translate business objectives into clearly defined, delegated and validated work—combining the scale of AI with the context, judgment and accountability of people.
